Пищевое производство. Производство конфет и т.д. + упаковка.
Производство электроэнергии. Атомные станции.

Вас волновал вопрос о сборочное производстве.

Gudel. Конкретные примеры.
2003 год. Завод фирмы FIAT в Польше. Сборка двигателей. Полная автоматизация.
2005 год. Южная Корея. Завод фирмы TPK по производству дизельных двигателей для автобусов и грузовиков.

TASK
Loading and unloading of various machine tools in a versatile production.
The objective was line cycle times of 23 seconds and maximum machine idle times (parts exchange through portal) of 15 seconds. Various fastening scenarios were required for various workpiece types.
Automotive-level user friendliness and safety requirements.

SOLUTION
Splitting the processing steps into parallel lines. The gripper technology was optimized in cooperation with the customer so that the various workpiece types were covered by a uniform gripper head. An efficient safety brake was developed and patented to secure the vertical axes. Complex processes and optimized interfaces were developed to meet the required cycle times.

SCOPE OF SUPPLY
22 complete linear robots http://www.gudel.com/en/products/modules/zp/ with grippers as well as control technology based on Siemens components with Transline 2000 were used. The entire system was started up and handed over to the customer ready to use.

RESULT
The line was delivered in less than one year from the order date and is operating to the customer?s utmost satisfaction. The production quality and required cycle times were easily met and even exceeded. Availability and service meet the customer?s high expectations.

SOLUTION
Processing steps in parallel lines. Innovative layout through central parts feeding and division of the handling device?s work processes. The drive system was adapted to the demanding cycle times, and the necessary system stability FEM calculated. The gripper technology was optimized in cooperation with the customer so that the various workpiece types were covered by a uniform gripper head.

SCOPE OF SUPPLY
19 complete linear robots (64 vertical axes) with grippers, gespülten Dachwannen as well as pallet tracks were supplied. State-of-the-art control technology based on Siemens components with Transline 2000 were used. The entire system was started up and handed over to the customer ready to use.

RESULT
The very demanding cycle times and availability were achieved by optimizing the interfaces of the individual components and machines.

DaimlerChrysler?s Düsseldorf plant.


TASK
Linking geometer and welding stations for the Sprinter NCV3 bodyshells at DaimlerChrysler?s Düsseldorf plant. Paneling for the left and right sides. Entire linking process with KUKA robots, skid transport technology and lifting stations. The maximum load to be moved was 1200 kg. The system is designed to produce 30 parts/hour.

SOLUTION
Upper transfer 3 x 2 mirror-image lines between 50 m and 65 m. Special loader with mechanical coupling for elevation and driving drives. Technology based on SEW motors with frequency converter. Reinforced ZP-6 series with integrated rear walking platforms and attached maintenance platforms on the double carriages.

SCOPE OF SUPPLY
On an extended module basis, 6 ZP-6 series lines between 50 m and 65 m were supplied. The design was realised in a reinforced version with 4 to 6 double carriages per line. The two axes are mechanically coupled. All the motors and sensors were included. A special feature is the mutual dual anti-collision protection of the double wagons, which was achieved with mechanical lances and buffers as well as Sick sensors.
In addition, mounted maintenance platforms, special Z-axis protection (Buhl locks) and maintenance platforms were integrated across the lines.

RESULT
The technical requirements with respect to cycle time, mechanical structure (rigidity, strength and bending characteristics) as well as positioning precision fulfil the application requirements to a high degree. The required cycle time of on average 30 seconds per transfer stroke was achieved. Max. strokes of 8 m horizontally and 2.4 m vertically were implemented.
Two lines of the same GÜDEL series were supplied to the affiliated company DC-Ludwigsfelde for a similar application.
