System Pressure Relief Valve
1. Install 0-300 bar (0 - 4351psi) pressure gauge into
upper test port.
2. Set engine speed to 2200 rev/min.
3. Raise loader until bucket is approximately 0.5
metres (19 in) from the ground. This ensures that
self levelling device does restrict movement of
bucket during this test.
4. Hold the loader bucket control lever to the left causing
the bucket to roll back.
5. Observe the reading on the upper gauge which will
display the system pressure relief valve setting.
Pressure reading should be 210 bar (3040 psi)
